Just called SKYROO about the presale code for the Atlanta show going on sale Monday morning. The guy told me the code hasn't been registered into their computers yet, but more than likely the code will be e mailed starting Friday evening or the weekend. I've heard code nightmare stories so I'm hoping for the best but ready for the nightmare you know?!?! Good luck everybody and be ready to jam on AUGUST 14th!!!!!!!!!

Well, let's see...I'm very heated at the moment.
I got my code for Tampa, finally was able to make my purchase for seats that were horrible even with the pre-sale...Doesn't matter though, all I wanted was tickets...Then they tell there was a error with my credit card (which their isn't one) but then LiveNation takes my MONEY out of my bank account (pending purchase)thingy...And doesn't give me my tickets or my money !!!! They said the'yd credit my card in 3-4 working days, Which at that point, Pre-sale over !! What the f***?? I have never had this problem with anyone over the internet, or TicketMaster in my whole life!!

All i wanted was to attend the Tampa concert, now I just screwed with no f****** lube !!!

about pre-sale tix? I got my Radio City Music Hall tix very easily.... All I had to do was go to the ticketmaster website and type in Incubus pre-sale tix at Radio City and it came right up on the screen. I got 11th row seats and I am very satisfied.

Hey, there are still great seats on livenation. I waited for two days to get orchestra seats but I would keep getting section 301,303. Well, after waiting patiently I went onto livenation again at 5pm today and 4! not 1 orchestra seat(s) were available.

P.S. What is up with the $6 per ticket parking fee and $12 (ticket fee)??

San Diego here I GO. At last I got to buy my pre-sale tickets . They sent me the wrong code, so I wrote an e-mail and they answered the next day giving me my correct code. I am sooo excited, this will be my first Incubus concert!! For those who are having trouble getting their codes, send e-mails to skyroo, they answer very quickly, I just went through this and they will help you. Hope everyone here gets a chance to go. Woes me, Woes me, is there anyone out there to listen to my grief, here I am totally syked about these guys rock'n out on tour a band I totally would pay 2 C, but there is a slight problema
1. I pre-ordered the cd for my SECRET code *psh* emphasis added there don't tell anyone
2. The Incubus website states presale tiks for my state will be in May, Tickmaster says they will be going on sale tomorrow and according to them their website is updated daily WHAAAAATT??? this is April not May PEOPLE could I speak to the manager PLEASE! someone's got it wrong
3. In all my excitment me thinks I will be going to see these guys in the flesh because of my secert code HELLLOOO!! to my utter dismay when I log onto tickemaster today on the dot at the time tickets were to go on sale I enter my code I get the message "The password you entered is not in our system" then I keep trying, trying, trying, NOTHING don't give up I tell myself then the message keeps reappearing "we don't have any tickets to match your request" and all the while I'm feeling a sense of urgency to TRY 2 get tickets for this show before there gone so this is the problema, secert CODE in all, no tickets, no Incubus for this lady, no sir, can I cry now WHAAAAA!
4. What do these people have like MASTER JEDI SKILLS or something for buying out all the pit tiks what the H*** what the *Freak is this really happening or am I in a really bad episode of the twilght zone COME ON!!
5. I then call the 1-800 # after I get no where listening to the stupid elevator music, which by the way can be kind of nice sometimes, but not in this case NO SIR I wasn't feeling it, then come the recordings which event BLAH! BLAH! (me) in my head can we just get on with it HURRY UP! time is a wasting Finally (operator) can I help you, yes I'm trying to get tickets etc. etc. here is my code then the HORROR (me) please don't tell me their is no more pit tickets, I don't want to hear that, (operater) sorry mam but I entered your code and I'am unable to get those tickets you requested this is a very popular event and there is not guarantee that this ... (me) well doesn't that defeat the purpose of the presale w/ a SECERT CODE ( i'm just calling it that) if you can't TRY ,*TRY* being the key word to get tickets before the general public wasn't that the whole purpose of the SECERT CODE *note to self* for me it's kinda like this announcer guy gets up on the bullhorn, come one ,come all, (hopefully your following me here) step right up, the music is nice, the guys look good, buy their music now, then you'll be first in line to get the best seat in the house (me) in my head all I WANTED was to see these guys meshing their talents together for my viewing and listening pleasure, 2 tiks was all I was asking 4, 2 tiks was what I wanted, I'm not some crazy scalper trying 2 get rich or anything, just someone who wants to see and hear the music she prefers
6. and so comes the end of my story, finally your like does this chic every take a breath at the end of the call she (the operator) started sounding like the charlie brown teacher wha wha wha wha wha (me) sad of heart, *sigh* tell myself it's only a concert, your not so obessed, just forget about it, it's so freak'n frustrating, not to mention that they [INCUBUS] are being completely fair with their ticket prices they aren't asking for a serious outrageous amount *sad face* why o why can't they be mine???

if you responded to my messages and I didn't answer, it's because I accidently deleted my messages.... It's very important that everyone orders the cd online at least two days before the pre-sale tix go on sale so that the pre-code can be e-mailed to you. If you ordered the cd too late, you most likely won't get the best seats.... Best of luck to everyone getting great seats!

I am so upset. I pre-ordered the new CD and never got a presale code! I entered Holmdel, NJ as the concert I wanted to get tickets for and no code was emailed to me. I am soooo upset. Did this happen to anyone else? Anyone know how I can get the code? I am worried all the good tickets are already gone.

Yes, I have the same message as everlong. What is going on? I hope it is a problem with the livenation site and not my code because the good seats will go fast and the point of buying the CD through incubus.skyroo.com was to obtain a presale code.

I ordered my cd on March 20th. Here I am unable to buy tickets because I never received my code. Skyroo is closed so they cant help me! I better get my money back because the pre-sale was the only reason i pre-ordered this cd. I had ZERO problems with my u2 pre-sale which definitely attracts and deals with more people than this, no offense....What a nightmare
