Brandon's right foot is up on the bench and his arm is sitting on his knee. His left foot is on the floor behind the piece of paper. Anyway, it would not matter how he is sitting, there is nothing girly about him whatsoever; he is all man, as are the entire Incubus band! Keep up the fresh sound guys!
