why we're not able to pre-order your cd????? Are we being left out?!?! It clearly asks on the order form "Choose your concert city preference" and Toronto is listed but also shows when inputting your address, "This product is not available outside the US". How can we get the pre-sale cd and code to purchase pre-sale tickets next Monday?????
An answer would be greatly appreciated before Monday.

An answer would be greatly appreciated to my inquiry and to everyone else's inquiry regarding receiving a CODE.

Got level 100 seats........did some bidding on eBay for them.
I did the presale through LiveNation and couldn't come up with any good seats. Then tried Ticketmaster last Friday and still kept getting crappy seats. I was in section 300 two years ago when they played and hated it! Being only 5'1", I couldn't see a damn thing! I almost gave up trying for tickets when I decided to check out eBay. Found several sellers so I decided to place a bid on one of them for 150.00 for 2 tickets, 4 hours were left at the time and no one else bid so I ended up winning. Tickets are for section 103 on the floor.
My second Incubus concert and I can't wait!
