It is such a beautiful, vintage theatre and it turned out to be an excellent venue for the concerts. The acoustics were fantastic, the audiences both nights were great, and the management was really cool, didn't even stop people from dancing in the aisles, taking photos, or flicking our lighters for the encores. To break it down to those uneducated: The cross fader on a mixer allows DJ's to produce note length (1/4, 1/8, 1/16, etc) and the turntable pitch control allows for pitch and time manipulation (characteristic of turntable). Factor those in along with a great sound library and a DJ can add to the live music around him..
