I'm a fan (and you should be too) because...
When I was in ninth grade my brother and I were going through each others computers and talking about music we liked and I saw he had Incubus-Make Yourself. I had heard the song Drive before and I knew I liked it so I decided to ask him to burn me a copy of the CD so I could listen to them. That night I turned on the album, and I listened to it straight through. I didn't fall asleep until I had finished it. It was one of the first and only albums that I have just sat down and listened to. I was in awe of it, the lyrics, the message, the music was just amazing. No two songs were exactly alike and the music (and lyrics) were complex. A few months later I heard the song Dig. I remember where I was exactly. My boyfriend showed it to me and even at night on a crowded and loud school bus I knew that the song was amazing. In short, Incubus is freaking awesome.
