Of all the experiences in my life, this concert topped them. It was soooo incredible. The atmosphere was real cool, some pretty cool people in the crowd, and really high energy too. It got pretty hot with all those people so close so I actually stepped out and came back then. But the set list and everything was really great. After the concert I was hanging around and got back to meet the guys. It was so awesome. I didn't get to meet Mikey though, I'll have to catch him another time. Made new friends and had a spectacular time.
Best show Ive ever seen (and yes I have seen them many times before). It was only about 100 degrees out and the crowd was incredible. Ive never had so much man sweat on me before. The show was unreal. I was in the "mosh pit" up front and Ive never seen Brandon up so close. HEs always been the love of my life but since the show, cant stop looking at pics and watching videos. I took some great ones myself.
P.s. i wanted to die of depression when I read that they came out and met people after the show. I rushed out of there wayyyyyyy too early :'''(
This was my 8th total Incubus and my 3rd this year. I thought it was really really great! The venue wasn't too big and I heard some new live songs including "Oil & Water" and a FANTASTIC version of Prince's "Let's Go Crazy"! I also got to go to my 2nd meet & greet, which was the best! We got taken back in smaller groups this time, got more time with the band, and they let us in the show before the main crowd! Definately worth my 6 hour drive!
so i didnt have tickets for this show but i did manage to get in thanks to that amazing woman who worked at the venue!!!!! the show was spectabulous!!!!! but after words was even better THANK U BRANDON!!!! UR SUCH A SWEETIE!!!!! that man was the only one from the band that came out after the concert n met everyone at the gate he took multiple pictures w everyone, signed whatever n actually talked to us!!!! so thank u kind hearted woman n thank u mr boyd u guys f***in rock!!!!!!
finally made it to an incubus concert and now i know it won't be my last. the song selections were pretty sweet..i would've liked to hear privelage, summer romance, or the warmth instead of dig at the end but i can't complain..even when it was so damn hot in philly they still put on an awesome concert
Such an amazing concert! so much energy and life exuded from the band! it was frickin awesome! so awesome you forgot that they were performing on the hottest night of the year in Philly! I'd go to every show after seeing them live!!!
The show on Aug 8 in Philly was incredible. The guys were so on-point with everything (as always) and the crowd was huuuge. Incubus always puts on some of the greatest shows I've ever seen. In fact, the top 3 concerts I've been to were all Incubus! It really doesn't matter what the set list is...the guys will rock everyones' faces off (in a good way lol). I noticed Brandon is growing his hair back. Maybe they will experiment with some older style music (i.e. Science) soon. I can't wait to see them again...and I can't wait for the next album whenever that may be....
not only did i get to meet you guys but the show was sick. Loved all the songs you played cant wait till you come back to Philly. When you do play more science and fungus amongus and also admiration. AMAZING
The concert was awesome despite of the upper 90's temps with insane humidity but everyone was just singing word by word there wasn't a song that people didn't participate except for maybe one but still they killed it..... it was amazing!!! Anna molly, megalomaniac, sick sad little world, stellar, dig, are you in, and love hurts were just amazing and everyone was just singing along it was so SICK, besides one drunken person pissing on the floor while people were around it was still a pretty great show.... specially since we killed it even more than the people from the show on monday.
All i gotta say is the show was just great and i can't wait to lose by voice tomorrow

Incubus in Philly - What a show!

after the show, we got to meet brandon... f***ing.. awesome...
