Hey, I need some work related advise, here it goes. At my job a female co-worker of mine has been doing a lot of dirt which causes me and some of the others co-workers more work so i called her out on it. Of course being the cold heart snake that she is, she lies and now when i leave in the evening going home i notice the next morning my computer is on and someone had tryed to get information from my e-mail i don't have any proof of this but if she's the only one at in the office at the time and this started when we started the freud then whos the suspect? A friend told me not to do anything and smile and still be friendly or should i tell my boss which he probably would take her side since she's sooo pretty and she make mens d***s hard and s***. Or has anyone went though something like this?

it's best to say something, you might be able to get something done about her...if you don't say anything it's just gonna keep on happening like a neverending circle, get it out in the open let people know what kind of person she is maybe she'll be found out and be fired.

If you don't tell anyone or even if you do tell, what you suspect
You probably shouldn't say anything until something happens that you have seen with your own eyes or some proof.
you should definately keep a journal. It is very important to to record these facts.. the date you told the person the person you told. Who, what ,where and when. Especially when *hit happens and if you two ever have words etc...

I'm happy for you Gypsie, it sounds like the people you work for really care and want to help resolve disputes however, not all management teams are like that. I have worked under managers that only support their favorite employees and most of the time the reason they are the favorite has nothing to do with work. I guess it all depends on the age and maturity level of the people in management.

I'm back! Yeah ittyinc I would try going to my boss, if not my boss then possibly manager or someone in management, about your issues. If you don't say anything, they may not know anything and it could continue...!
Sometimes they actually really appreciate you talking to them about it. (I mean thats the way it should be, right?) When I have had problems with someone in the workplace, and it has made me upset and distracted and not able to feel ok at work and I have decided to go to someone higher to discuss, I have found that usually the problem resolves, and the person who was doing it starts being nice as well cos they for some reason have a new respect. I don't know what the bosses say to them but it works! Anyway I guess I am not expecting as much to happen with her...but you never know! I just know if its really bothering you, you need to try and do something about it, and if nothing happens then it's corrupt (and maybe try going to someone else, higher if possible?), but if it works then it is worth it because usually the boss looks upon you even better for your initiative in going to them.

Also remember that from a boss's perspective, conflict doesn't help the business really, it is not productive. So it would be better to stop it from their side of things as well Smiling

Ha ha thats funny rainbowswirl. Well at least u r honest:)
good night people, its like 2:04am here in Melbourne!

ittiync sorry I would try and help but my eyes went all blurry reading your problem cos it's so late for me! I will try read it 2mz,k...

Well now I am a Personnel/ Payroll/ Scheduling Coordinator for a homecare nursing agency. It is basically my job to be the go to person in my office so I have a tendency to speak like I would at work.

GOD DAMNIT NO SMART PEOPLE SWIRL!!! lol just kidding but all is well we just don't talk, and i'm the last one to leave so people don't be like me remember NEVER MAKE YOUR CO-WORKERS YOUR FRIENDS!!! keep them f***ers at a distance.

Changing the IP address is not always possible. If you are on a corporate network, the IP might be statically assigned and changing it might disconnect you from the corporate server or just block internet access.

They have programs for all computers that track every keystroke made on the keyboard and log the time. It can be used to see everything from what websites are visited to what information is entered on things like forums or email programs. I suggest you look for one, install it on your work pc and then at least you will have something to back up your accusations. If your boss keeps records of who is in the office at what time, then you should be able to figure out who is there at the times there was activity on your computer. Just look for any type of spy program, they are usually very easy to use, and if she's dumb enough to not turn off your pc when she's done, she will not know where to look for the program to deactivate it.

CAn´t you create a password for your computer? That way you´ll be the only one to have access to it.
Or, what you can do is to tell your boss that every day when you get there you computer is on and you find that very weird since you turn it off every evening. Ask your boss if you can create a password for your computer.
I don´t know...just a suggestion.
