It doesn't sound like Beware Criminal at all..Even if it's supposed to sound like it, it totally pales in comparison. Beware Criminal is a gazillion times better.

seriously - it didn't sound a thing like Incubus' Beware Criminal...what I heard was uninteresting and loud basic chord repetition, like far too many bands are these days.
Incubus are true musicians and composers, the Chopin's and Mozart's of our time.

the chords just skip around the scale in a similar fashion. the rhythms are close, too. I wouldnt say they stole it, lots of bands around that time were doing the same thing.

I could really care less about it. I know they still suck and aren't they kind of getting what they want b/c now we are all talking about them?
