yeah they do the drumline on that song during every live show. at their 311 Day show Chad's drumset was on a platform & it got raised when it came to that part in the song. i cant wait to see them live.
That's quite a trip to go see a band. You're in for a great show. They have a ton of energy on stage and usually have some kind of cool extra. Like one time all 5 of them brought out huge drums and started banging away for a little while during Applied Science (which is one of their best live songs) here is a link but it is a little grainy.
one of my friends got to see 311 & incubus together.. she's been a 311 fan since 1995, but didnt get into incubus unitl she saw them with 311. now she is a fan of incubus also. im definatly planning on seeing 311 this summer. hopefully ill be going to the Phoenix,AZ show & the Salt Lake City,UT show with a buddy of mine who lives around there.
I just hope they will come closer than Ohio. I didn't get to see them last summer at the Virgin Festival b/c it was a toss up between 311 and the Smashing Pumpkins, and since I had never seen the Pumpkins, they won. I only got to see the finale 311 did which was Who's got the herb.

Yeah, wish I was into Incubus back then too, I only heard of them. I was and still am a die hard RHCP fan, so I was spending a lot of my efforts to see them live . Seen them so many times, sometimes I forget, lol, about 4 or 5 times. Yes, 311 this summer would be amazing.
I was supposed to see them together, but I think Jose hurt himself and they had to leave the tour. I didn't know who Incubus was then, but now I'm pissed that I could have heard of them so much earlier.

Man, I have never seen 311, am looking forward to it one day. I was at Lollapalooza 92, Soundgarden, RHCP, although John had left by then, and Pearl Jam, just to name a few amazing bands. Besides, Incubus, Rhcp, seen them 3 times, and SOAD are my faves. Can't really say that I hate any bands, except for some of the current rappers with their thug messages.
