I don't even know what I would say or do. I probably wouldn't say too much, because I am assuming that they have heard about every compliment from the book. Just to be in the presence of music legends would be unbelievable. I'd get a picture with them I am assuming... but then what do I say?
"I love you?"... nah... sounds too obsessy
"Great show!" ...... lame..
I've got one... I will ask them to hire me as a member of their crew so I can tour with them and help out with whatever the band or staff needs...
well then i would just be making a complete fool of myself...
their response would probably be "hey meg-a-lomaniac... you think your jesus? yeah... well... you are surely no f***ing elvis..." (har har)
just kidding.. im sure they are friendly guys.. not that I know brandon boyd personally (pssch), but when i read what he writes, or see him perform on stage, he seems like the type of guy who would be loyal to his fans.... i wonder how many people have asked him for marriage... heh... silly girls... who would do that? not me... nope... no way
(random fact placed here for no reason whatsoever) .... i am 18... (19 come this september) and totally legal...
i just hear about people who got to meet them on the tour.. .and im thinking.. poo... why not me... im a soon-to-be college student, with low finances.. give me a damn backstage pass...
if you are reading this, and you have met the band... how was it? this post may have seemed to be sarcastic at some points but, man alive, Incubus has been my favorite band for ages (with exception to my obsession with the spice girls in the mid 90's)... one of the things on my list of things to do before i die was to see the band live in concert. i have proudly checked it off my list. next, i plan to see them again, and again, and again. Hopefully, someday, I will get to meet them

Backstage
My buddy and I snuck backstage at the Wiltern in February. He hopped the wall and then went around and told security, which were idiots by the way, that he was a part of "Albert Hammond Jr." (band that opened up for Incubus) and they let me right in. We walked up a couple flights of stairs and as soon as we got to the top Jose was sitting on a bench outside the dressing room playing with a remote control helicopter. We talked to him for awhile and then the rest of the band walked out with Mike leading the way along with Chris, Ben, and Brandon in the way back walking his bulldog. I was speechless and then we made eye contact and he asked me how I was doing. I told him I was cool and that was it. I couldn't believe that was all I said. YEAH, I was pretty pissed!!! I looked into his eyes, but I am not gay....okay maybe for a split second I was gay, but that's it. Hahahahaha. You are beautiful by the way!
I know how you feel
I met them after the opening night show Jan. 5, 2007 in Vancouver BC. I was shaking in my shoes. Well it was 20 degrees out, but I was so nervous. The atmosphere was so relaxed. They are as normal as you can get. I spent about 2 hour thinking of what I was going to say to not sound stupid. When the time finally came to say something cool. I was so nervous I forgot what I was going to say anyway.
When I meet Incubus
Thanks, for the laughs
yeah, When I spoke to Brandon at a Surfing comp. It was hard to carry a conversion cuz I was star struck. I was also like, what do you say? lol But we talked about their new album instead. Carried a pretty lengthy conversation...luckily but they all have great personalities would love to hang out with them again. but I think Ben is a little c**ky
