Incubus' concert at the City Market was amazing. The weather was perfect. Well, as perfect as it can get for Kansas City in the middle of July. They sound great live. The vocals were clear and on key and all the instruments never missed a beat. It was a little crowded but Incubus is a great band and deserves all the support. I've been to two other Incubus concerts over the past 8 years they've been my favorite band and I'd say it came in at number 2 only because the number one slot still sends chills down my spine when I think about how awesome and amazing the intro was. Brandon is still sexy as ever and Mike can play a mean guitar. Maybe one day I'll get to meet them.

This was my first show. I have been a huge fan FOREVER. The show was nothing less than amazing. I really wanted them to play Aqueous Transmission but otherwise it was incredible!

I cannot wait too see them live again!

This is my first Incubus Concert. I am traumatized! I went with my husband who is disabled after serving in the US Navy for 13years he had a broken back and now has 2- 12in rods in his back, my 17 yr old son and his 17yr old girlfriend. Everything was great during The Duke Spirit. When Incubus came on stage it was totally crazy. I happen to love Incubus, but not enough to die for you guys, sorry! I have a brain disorder & Fibromyalgia. I was being throw all over. I just got out of bed today. Tuesday, July, 21, 2009 after being @ the concert. I seriously thought I was going to be killed that night! I cried and so did my sons girlfriend. I have been to lots of concerts in my 33 years and never have I experienced anything like this. There was not crowd control. Even the Police that were there agreed with me. I am greatful that my husband let me lie against him and he is 6ft. 5in and weighs 280. He just started elbowing and charging backwards to get me out of there. I could have been seriously injured. I still may be. I will go to the Doctors if the pain does not go away. I bottom line is that I stood in line for over an hour to get a good spot and I did get a great spot. I did not know that I would be trampled and hit by thousands to get in front of me. If I would have known this I would have never put myself who is disabled or my disabled husband in this position. Further more I never would have brought my son and his girlfriend. My sons girlfriend weighs maybe 100 lbs and had to be pulled over the barrier in front of the stage. She cried all night Incubus is her favorite Band. Please do not perform @ City Market . This is not a safe enviroment. I have researched and was told by a KCMO Police Officer that the Bands that usually play @ City Market and lower key. Incubus is just too popular now for such a small place. It puts the fan in danger!

I keep having visions of everyones faces....I seen young women and men that were in fear for their lives. I have 5 children of my own and I will never put them in this situation again!
