Dear Friends:

Incubus’ new album, Monuments and Melodies, comes out tomorrow, June 16th. Both AOL and Clear Channel are streaming the album this week in case you haven't heard it in its entirety already. If you'd like to buy the album, Click here, and choose either the 2 disc, the 4 LP version or all of the digital tracks. All 3 sets come with 26 tracks containing the hits, rarities, and new songs. All physical versions come with a code that allows access to The Vault; and now it's time for us to let you know the details on that!

The Vault:
You've heard us talk about The Vault for almost 2 months now, and we appreciate your patience. Here are the details of the Greatest Greatest hits package ever:
- The Vault will contain over 100 rare or unreleased MP3's
- The Vault will contain over 100 rare or unreleased Videos
- The Vault will contain over 400 photos, taken by the band members themselves
- The Vault will live at www.enjoyincubus.com starting 6.16.09
- Any visitor signed into enjoyincubus.com will be able to stream or view all of the MP3's, Videos, and Photos
- Any visitor who is signed in and has a code from one of the physical copies of Monuments and Melodies, or a code from the digital version of Monuments and Melodies purchased at Incubus' store, will be able to download over 100 of the items from The Vault
- All downloadable assets in The Vault will only be able to be streamed as clips
- All non-downloadable assets in The Vault can be streamed full length
- The Vault assets will be released in segments on the following dates:

KROQ Live Stream!
This Tuesday, June 16, beginning at 8AM/PST Kevin & Bean from KROQ, the nation’s leading rock station, will host a breakfast with Incubus. The group will be on to discuss and play songs from their new album, Monuments and Melodies, a two disc collection of the band’s greatest hits and rarities, including the new hit single “Black Heart Inertia”. The album hits stores the same day. Fans can listen to the interview on-air, online at www.kroq.com and through a variety of mobile devices such as the iPhone and Blackberry. In addition, the full experience will be webcast via a live stream on KROQ’s homepage, so fans can also watch the action as it happens. Furthermore, listeners can submit questions for the band to answer through KROQ’s website.

The Monuments and Melodies Documentary:
Another thing we've been talking about for a while is the Monuments and Melodies Documentary. Today music.msn.com will premiere the entire 50 minute piece. They Are "Rarities" To Me

Though I kind of heard some of them, I can't say that I was eager to embrace them until they were on an album of sorts. I'll probably be the only one rockin' these tunes like they are brand new, but that is alright. Trends die, but a good pair of old shoes can take you very far. I will definitely be like a kid in a candystore with this vault.

the vault is not what it was hyped up to be at all................they told us there were gonna be over 500 downloads, DOWNLOADS, not online streams!!! It only lets us download about half of what they claimed it would be. Also, all the content is dissapointing becuase for the most part they are just live versions of songs on the albums...........i was hoping fr alternate versions of songs, remixes, acoustics, covers, b-sides, demos, instrumentals, and live versions where they change up the songs. Who wants live versions of songs if they sound almost exactly how they did on record? Also, they screwed us over with the segments. They didn't tell us until the day before that the vault would be released in segments? Here i thought that i would be able to download from over 500 items on day 1. Wrong. They also don't have some of the songs labeled correctly which is a pain. For the first time ever, Incubus is truly letting me down

I to have been eagerly awaiting the vault to open since midnight last night, I definetly drank way to much coffee expecting a long night of enjoyment, now I'm tired and cranky but none the less will happily wait until it is opened. They are probabaly just like making us wait knowning were salivating and clawing at our screens to get it to work.

I was surprised myself. It was right at my doorstep and didn't know until I was heading to work. Amazing. Too bad I couldn't be among the first to access the Vault yet. That would have made the deal even sweeter.
