I'm a fan (and you should be too) because...they are every meaning of the words "Rock Stars" without the attitudes. I was a fan of Incubus before I even knew it. I remember in 2003 I was driving in the car with my boyfriend at the time and the song "Drive" came on the radio and he was singing his guts out to it. I thought to myself, "Wow, those are some deep lyrics". From then on, whenever I heard that song or some of their other songs I would stop and listen. However, I still didn't know that it was the same group. Finally, I was already a fan and went out to buy some of their earlier recordings. I just can't believe that they are the same band that went from totally hard rock to the alternative rock band that they are now. I am really so amazed how it is that they write most of their own songs and keep coming out with such authentic material. They evolved really nicely, I mean I think that most of their fans have been around since their earlier days and they still love their music. I have to say that my favorites are "...Green" and "Look Alive" and probably so many others to mention. Anyway, Incubus has and always will be tremendous to me!
