Finally got to see one of the bands i hope to see live at least once, other being Biffy Clyro. Didn't really mind the rowdy crowd, expected anyway.
I thought the band was tight, everything was delivered with precise precision and they even played two songs from S.C.I.E.N.C.E and thank god it wasn't New Skin at least they surprised me with Vitamin. I though Ben Kenny was great.
My only grievance was it seemed the band just came to play and leave, no Hi's or anything, yeah Brandon said "thank you boys and girls" but there wasn't no effort to engage the crowd, even the loose jam was half heartedly done minus Ben Kenny who again i thought surprised me with his presence, mind you I always have preferred Dirk but yesterday Ben showed he was up there.
I enjoyed the music but by no means did i enjoy Incubus's effort, at least yesterday made me realized why Dirk left, maybe creative differences meant the band losing their soul....
