I have loved Incubus ever since I hit puberty. I was 13 years old when I first came into contact with this awesome band (I'm about to turn 21), and Brandon immediatly became my platonic love.
All my teen years, they were with me and I have always felt identified with the lyrics: I really feel like the guys are speaking to me. There is no such band as them: they have a unique sound, awesome lyrics and they are different. No one can compare to you guys
This week I had the pleasure to attend not only one, but two of their concerts: monday 8th and tuesday 9th October at Arena Santiago, Chile. All I can say is those were the best concerts I have been to in my whole life, and I was so happy I could have cried hadn't I been so engaged in singing and yelling along I am so thankful for having these two opportunities! I still get excited and get butterflies to my stomach everytime I think about it, talk about it, or see the crappy videos I could make with my phone. Thankfully my fellow Chilean fans got to make way better videos than me and shared them in youtube, hehe.
I can now die with a little more peace, I saw Incubus live!!! I really wish you guys come back soon. I LOVE YOU, you have no idea of how important you are to me and how strong is the impact you've had in my life! You've actively been there through every stage of my youth, I love you so much.
I wonder if you guys ever get to read all this, and if you get to keep everything the crowd throws you on stage as presents, like the Chilean flag with "Incubus" written in it... Brandon, you know what? I dreamt of you last night, and we totally hit it off. Please contact me if you ever want to prove this true We could go for a walk, laugh and you could let me piggyback ride you, just like in my dream
