Of all the rock bands I listen to, I don't think any of them could compare to Incubus. When Brandon sings, it's almost like he's singing to me. And Mike, your guitar work is just incredible. But what I like most about Incubus is that you guys don't try to be like every other rock band I've heard. I can actually relate to your songs. Keep rockin' on. Even if I'm not at your shows, I still support you.
I remember when I heard my first Incubus song. I was nine years old, and the song was "Drive." From that moment, I knew that I had discovered real rock talent. I then compared Incubus to other rock bands and found that none of them impressed me like these guys do. But what I like a lot about them is that they don't write songs about drugs or sex or things like that. The songs are about feelings in everyday life. I can listen to one of their songs and say "Yeah, I agree with what Brandon's saying. I've been through it." I couldn't say that about any other band.
Whatever you guys do, don't change what you're doing. I love your music just the way it is.

All I've got to say is... wow.
Oh man. Oh, guys, you play on the strings of my heart on this one. (No pun intended to Mike and Ben). I don't really know what the song's about, but it touches me. I think it's mainly Brandon's words, like "Yes you are my friend" and my favorite "We'll always have each other when everything else is gone." I was going through a somewhat difficult time when this song first came out. And to hear those words was just what I needed to help stop the tears.
But I also like the melody, beat. rhythm and everything else about the song. Everything goes well together. Again, thank you for lifting my spirits.
